Boykin's lack of contribution has been somewhat surprising t me.  I was never a huge fan, but he has been a total non factor.

Too bad Lacy had that 100 yard day nullified.  Would have been nice to end the 100 yard RB drought with 3 different RB's in three consecutive games.

If DET is going to call a TO they should give Lacy one more chance.

99 yds for Lacy, 72 for Cobb.  Not bad day for the ground game, especially given the strength of the Lions DL.

Not a perfect game, but I can't complain about too much after this win.  GB needed to beat this undermanned DET team, and that's exactly what they did.

Interesting game- not a single turnover.

Looks like Franklin benched after his fumble though.  Is that true, or did he get any more time at RB after that?

Crosby has to be feeling better- 5/5 with a long of 52.  That's more like it!

If I had to guess I think he didn't see the field after the fumble.  If he played at all, it wasn't much.

The offense moved the ball well today, especially on the ground, but once again struggled to cap drives off with TDs. Good thing the defense showed up big today, registering 5 sacks and keeping the Lions to under 10 points (with 6 of those points coming in garbage time). Some things to improve on, but good to get the win and move forward. That's the bottom line

They had him on kickoff returns.  Nothing else.  Clearly he wasn't going to touch the ball as a carrier again after the fumble.  That was a seriously bone headed fumble, entirely on him.
It's what it's.

Log jam at the top of the nfc north now.

Not just the North.  Other than the Sants and Seahags, pretty much the entire NFC is a mass of teams with 2 or 3 losses.  Going to be interesting to see how things shake out after a few more weeks.

Going to be another challenge next week traveling to BAL.  GB has played tough @SF and @CIN, but it's time to start winning those tough games.

As a team they ran it well, which is the main point we should always remember. Defense look good without CJ out there haha =]. Perry showed up =] he was playing better than Clay today his pass rush looked good. Nice to have Burnett back makes a HUGE difference secondary is gonna be real good when healthy. A good team victory for Green Bay.

Liked the running game and the defense played well.  Still concerned about the offense.  Missed too many TD chances.  With a good running game, we should take what the defense gives us underneath and then exploit the vertical play.  Our inability to score a TD in the red zone was our attempts to go vertical when our receivers were covered and the rush was strong. Finley needs to separate more quickly. Regardless, great win and hopefully a momentum builder against Baltimore..
