And they've maintained that success even though they had 3 different GMs and 4 different HC.  So the idea that TT/MM need to stay in place to maintain this level of success isn't necessarily true.

TT is not the only person in the world who can evaluate talent very well, and MM is not the only coach around who can guide a team to the playoffs.  With change comes risk, there's no right or wrong answer.  McGinn put out a fairly good case, even if we don't agree with or believe all of it.
But removing them for someone else doesn't automatically make the team better as you and the rest of the Fire TT/MM naively believe.

Most of the time a team's owner doesn't can the GM and coaching staff after 7 straight playoff appearances.
Jerry Jones would.

Of course then Jerrah would have to fire himself seeing he is the GM.   ;)

The fact that Jason Garrett is still around despite his continuing mediocrity is giving me second thoughts.

Another entry for the McGinn Bin.....

Once again, Hack distorts the truth in order to take yet another shot at MM. This time he claims that MM failed to interview Former Badgers RB coach Thomas Hammock because MM was on vacation. Of course, what Hack failed to mention, because it would make it harder for him to take yet another pot shot, is MM's policy regarding college coaches, a policy that exposes Hack for the clueless idiot he is. That policy is that MM will not interview college coaches until after signing day in February:

http://espn.go.com/blog/green-bay-packers/post/_/id/28135/mike-mccarthys-policy-on-hiring-assistant-coaches-makes-sense

That means that Hack's accusations are completely false and he withheld facts from his readers. Just more unethical, tabloid journalism from Hack.
